André Du Venage

Dr. Andre Du Venage (DBA) is an accomplished entrepreneur and security expert with over 40 years of experience in law enforcement and corporate risk management. He is the founder and Managing Director of Secure Logistics (PTY) Ltd, serving the logistics industry since 2009, and co-founder of The Risk Management Forum.

Dr. Du Venage served as Regional Lead for South Africa at TAPA EMEA for 12 years, where he oversaw conferences, training, and strategic initiatives. A Certified Security Management Professional and Certified Counter Terrorism Professional, he is also an international speaker with deep expertise in risk mitigation, criminology, and behavioral analysis.

He holds an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria (UK) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Executive Leadership) from EIASM (Prague). His research interests include mergers and acquisitions, politics, psychology, anti-social behavior, and business science.

Massimo Carelle

Massimo Carelle (CSMP) has been in the security industry for over 3 decades.
During this time he has ﬁlled roles up to Managing Director positions.
He has lead regional organisations and is on the PSIRA advisory committee.

He has over 10 years’ experience in managing, organising, hosting and MC at conferences. He has a passion for bringing together like minded people from Security and Risk managers up to CEO’s to network and solve Risk related issues.

He is the co-founder of The Risk Management Forum.
